Lemongrass Tuna Salad
One of the most common occupational hazards of being a chef is rarely making an effort to make a proper meal for your self. It’s a sad and recurring story of take away pizza and late night McDonalds drive through.
You have to imagine after being on your feet all and day and running around the kitchen like a headless chicken, eventually the hunger sets in. Predictably we gravitate towards the quickest and most convenient options, which are frequently troublesome for our waistlines.
I’m here to tell you that healthy meals can be convenient and simple too!
A well-stocked pantry and a mini herb garden will save you money in the long run, not to mention all of the deliciousness that can be created without spending a cent.
My delicious and super easy recipe of Lemongrass Tuna Salad is my savior from the late night ravenous hunger. Served in cute iceberg lettuce cups or with a bowl of fluffy jasmine rice for a more hearty meal. Try it tonight!
